I’ve been a loyal customer for 11 years and I have loved this product from the jump. My face felt so clean after washing it. However I ordered this product with the moisturizer and I only received the moisturizer and it was a while later with no explanation as to why. I was really excited when I first saw it because it was in a larger jar so I thought it was gonna be so great to have more product. However, after my first wash, I could definitely tell a difference it doesn’t leave my face feeling clean and refreshed. It feels like it really didn’t do much of anything. It is as if they’ve changed the formula and now it’s not the great product that it was before I’m giving this three stars because while I enjoy the size of the product, I do miss it being a see-through container because then it gave me a chance to know when I needed to re-order
